These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of danceonmusic.com and the dance stage tool (together, the "Service"), operated by DanceOnMusic ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
DanceOnMusic provides a free, browser-based tool that generates an animated choreography sequence synced to a rhythm detected in music you supply, at a difficulty level you select. The Service is provided for entertainment and general practice purposes only.
You are solely responsible for any audio file, audio link, or YouTube link ("Media") you provide to the Service, and for ensuring you have the right to use it in this way. Uploaded audio and linked audio are analyzed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers. YouTube links are played back exclusively through YouTube's own official embedded player under YouTube's own Terms of Service; we do not download, extract, copy, or redistribute audio or video from YouTube or any other third-party platform.
You agree not to use the Service to process Media that you do not have the legal right to use, and not to attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technical measure of a third-party platform (including YouTube) accessed through the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, animations, graphics, and written content, is owned by DanceOnMusic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law (such as fair use).
The Service may link to or embed third-party services (including YouTube) that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated choreography will be technically or stylistically accurate for any specific dance discipline. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DanceOnMusic and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, including any injury sustained while attempting to replicate dance movements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DanceOnMusic from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DanceOnMusic operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
